Ed Spanknoble passed away yesterday - he will be missed.
He was a great modeler, inventor, engineer, and mentor to many of us Live Steamers.
He was the builder of the "Pickle" – a beautiful model of the KCS 808, a 4-6-2 that powered the Flying Crow, Dave Gibson's Wabash 573
and several other engines.
