Another "What is it?"

Post by Slipped Eccentric »

Have just found another partial engine. This one has a full set of prints, but no company name, or even draftsman's name on it. The only things identifying it are that it has ""Jupiter" Central Pacific's NO.60 an American 4-4-0 Wood Burning Locomotive in 1-1/2" Scale and 7-1/4" gauge" on the prints. And a listing of the prints dated 1980. Any guesses?

pics. Need pics. ikon Engineering made a very nice little American 4-4-0 in those days. Both kit and complete engine. Maybe one of those? But no way to, know without a photo of the original :D

Will have to figure out how to load pics again. Nothing little about this thing, though. 8-1/2" drivers with almost a 42" wheelbase. And frames 3/4" thick!
