Funny how you know my sources of information. Also, take note that this has nothing to do with Mr. Obama.
So you might better understand, CNN isn't one of them. I live in a remote area and they're not one of my options. I don't have cable, I don't have satellite TV. I don't even know where I'd find CNN. If it's available on the internet, I don't know where, so, sorry to say, you are misinformed.

What I'm doing is listening to those with credentials. What I'm not doing is listening to arm chair specialists who appear to be putting this situation on the back burner, for reasons best known only to them. What I'm also NOT doing is ignoring information that, so far, has been well supported by evidence (like the huge number of deaths attributed to the virus), not putting my head in the sand and pretending that it's all a hoax. Only a fool would do that when, if what is known at this point is the truth, is pretty much asking to be infected.

Like I've said previously--play it safe. Until more is known, treat this situation as if your life is in the balance. It may be.

I'm going to start by saying that politics are not to be discussed on this board. No good will come from doing so.

I did NOT ***bash*** the president. What I did do was state what he did, and that can not be refuted. The words came from his mouth, not mine. If he prefers to not have folks make reference to things he does, then he should remain silent and stick to his area of expertise. He has no medical credentials, after all.

I'm going to leave this alone now, and will delete any posts that lean one way or the other in regards to politics. This isn't, and shouldn't be, about politics, it should be about a potential game changer for all of humanity, as has been proven by past experiences. We're supposed to have the capacity to learn from them. Until more is known, only a fool will pretend this isn't one of them.

This virus is something most of us have never had to deal with before. To the OCME leadership, and the other clubs: I’d like to say thank you for being proactive and for providing community leadership in this time of crises. Closing down public activities and voluntarily enacting personal isolation measures or quarantine measures, are a tough thing to do - something most all of us are grappling with. You’ve set an example that will help many in the community survive this thing. For that I thank you.

My only other contribution here would be to offer the following public health video link, to Dr. John Campbell’s YouTube channel. John is a retired PH.d level UK public health nurse, who has started posting daily Covid 19 updates. His updates usually consist of short updates on virus spread around the world, and the evolving measures people and governments are doing to “Flatten the Curve” and personally deal with this.

If you want a resource that is factual and helpful, without the shallow partisan hype, this fellow might be one to follow:

That was one excellent find Glenn on the good doctor the information he just put up this morning about France was mind-blowing about your fever is the body's reaction to kill the virus and not to take anti-inflammatory over-the-counter anybody that can watch it on YouTube should

His previous videos about underlying conditions and self help treatment for this virus are very informative also. zinc and vitamin D videos are particularly instructive.

Stay safe and isolate. This thing is ramping up exponentially every few days - everywhere.

Hello from New Zealand interesting reading and watching other countries on this subject as from today 23 March we have 48 hours then all of New Zealand is in full lockdown for 4 weeks we only have around 100 confirmed cases. The government isn't going to let this get out of control.

I salute your government. Had ours taken similar action, it's entirely possible we could have controlled what is now (from all indications) something that is spinning out of control. I can only hope I'm wrong, for if I'm not, we are going to experience deaths in numbers that numb the mind, just as is happening in Italy, but on a grand scale.

Be safe you guys and gals!

4 weeks is probably not long enough....
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

What makes it worse is folks who are not taking it seriously. Below is the headline. I can't post the photos as they are copyright, but below is also a link to the story. One of the things I've learned in life is that I.Q. can be measured in negative numbers.
