Turbo Generator

Does anyone make a working 1 1/2 scale turbo generator anymore?????
I have seen a couple of dummy units, but would like a working one.
Any advise???

SuperPowerDetail claims to sell working MO6 turbo generators, for around $500. But currently he is out of stock. See his website @ http://members.aol.com/retro625/index.htm
Try to get info on his products on this board. I heard he had difficulty with one part or with a supplier and took him a while to deliver the unit.
Dean Rich is also a turbo generator specialis @ http://cmsteamer.homestead.com if you buy the castings from a supplier like LS or RidingRailkits he will build one for you for a reasonable price. I recently bought an original, never used Moseley for $800. I do not think you can get anything cheaper.

The last time I talked to Ken at Super Power, he was not going to make working gens any more. In fact, I think I got one of the last ones he made. It works well, but all he is selling now is castings.

I have a new in the original box L S working M-O6 generator with data sheet. I purchased it a while back and have decided I'm not going to use it. I just tested it on air with a 14 volt bulb and it works fine. 8-10 volt bulb would be brighter. I will sell it for $700. including postage and insurance. Postal money order or bank check. ships next day. Personal check waits til clear. Sale is final and no return. US only please.
