Nice work, where are you getting your castings from?
If it won't fit force it, if it breaks it needed replacing anyway!

I have made all the patterns and have them cast at my local foundry. I still need to make patterns for the steam chest and cover, and the cylinder caps plus some blank rods for pistons and eccentrics.

The gears are stock Boston machined for the drivers.
