Conway Locomotive castings and drawings

Post by FLtenwheeler »

Hi all

I need a set of drawings for the following castings. I have been told that they are Conway.

Thanks

Tim

Tim, I don't know if that's a Conway, as the Conway was an 0-4-0 saddle tanker, and I see six drivers and a couple of smaller wheels... But if it is, Reeves sells prints for the Conway in 3/4" scale....

Just guessing- a 2 1/2" scale 2-6-0? From Conway Loco Works? Out of business now? Total wild ass guess- Colorado Southern?

They look like the Conway 2-1/2" scale C-19 castings. I built one of these but the castings you have look a whole lot better than the ones I had to work with. 'COurse that was 'bout 20 or so years ago. Regret I can be of no further help as the drawings went with the engine when I sold it.
