As you know I am also trying to make a plan set for this locomotive.

Were did you find the drawing for the "brake fulcrum" I cannot find it on any of my drawing sheets from Fitt's booklet.
As a matter of fact I do not see any brake system details anywhere in Fitt's publication. Am I missing something here?

We have a mostly complete set of drawings for the ALCO designed U.S. War Department consolidation that we are overhauling. However, we don't have drawings for the "foundation brake equipment." The drawing index for this portion of the locomotive carries drawing numbers from American or Westinghouse Air Brake Companies, depending on the locomotive order number. The brakes were apparently engineered by the brake manufacturers and supplied to the locomotive builders as a complete set of parts, so the builders didn't prepare their own drawings for them. This may be why they are missing from the PS-4 drawing set. If anyone knows of an archive of drawings from either of these companies I would like to know about it.

Using the bolt patterns from the frame drawings and this section of the same drawing I generated the piece you see. Not wanting to do a casting, I simply built it up from plate.
The drawings plus a set of photos uploaded on a long forgotten site that explained the piece a little better.
