They're not too much to make on a rotary table or an indexer, but I went the easy route and ordered mine from McMaster-Carr. :)

Mine are all 3/8-24 thread, and I actually started to make them myself, but realized it was worth the couple of dollars to just order them.

Nice Job John,
this was my answer for the knuckle pin design "feature"
everything is machined from 1144 stock that i had on hand,

The other needed drawing change is to get rid of the roll pins in the valve linkage and brake linkage. I found 1/8" diameter dowl pins with a drop green Loctite seems to work very well.

I have always used taper pins.
