Not sure but 100ppr is 3.6 deg per pulse kind of crude or am I missing something???

Well yes you could be missing some gears that give the final drive something more like you are looking for. Just a thought.Not sure but 100per is 3.6 deg per pulse kind of crude or am I missing something???

actually, that is a fairly common number used on machines.
Most controllers have a 'divide by' function built into the control, so the 100 PPR on the wheel can become 1000 or 10000 with the flick of a knob.
Since most controls work Metric internally, 100 ppr = 0.1 mm or 0.01 or 0.001 using the divide by function.
This is what I use on my Fagor based mill and have installed in several dozen others over the years.
