Here are tree sites that I use for inspiration when I feel down on machining and cannot get fresh ideas.

Every time that I look at John R. Bentley's site and admire his work I end up getting mad at myself for not having such inspiration as he does.

Here is quote in answer to an e-mail I sent to him:

"My background was in the technical side of radio broadcasting - studio and transmitter site setups. As part of my work I often designed and constructed custom audio and switching components on location. I started at the end of the sixties, when radio was full of electromechanical devices.

I found the switch to model-making/machining from electronics not difficult - the general idea is the same - you are making something from basic materials."

Then last bout not least, Jerry Vaugh who I hope that is totally recovered from a tough operation short time ago.
Here is proof that is not the tool what counts, but how you use it

I actually called him in disbelieve on a posting about him in chaski, saying that he did those engines with a little Grizzly 3 in 1.
On the phone he said that yes, is all he used to make those no-working engines.

I hope that you guys will enjoy these sites as much as I do every time I visit them.

The Jerry Vaugh site/work is great. To think he did all of that on a 3-1 tool is unbeleivable.
