Nickle Plate Berkshires

Could somebody advise me about the 3 Berkshire loco chassis on air for sale listed on this site and if still available and price.

Bruno Platzer is building three Berkshire chassis's which can be delivered in either 7.5" or 7.25" gauge.
They will be delivered with the smoke box attached. Marty Knox is building boilers for the engines.
Jim Kreider can furnish the remaining parts to finish the engine
