Does anyone have one of these for part's? In the apron I have the cross-feed gear bad HF 5980

If you can post the diameter and thread pitch plus the OD, we might be able to help you. Another design 3-in-1 uses an oddball cross-feed screw with an 8 tpi pitch, but a 20mm screw diameter. I have a spare one of those nuts, but have no idea if it would fit your machine.

If there are two set screws, you may be able to get a little more life out of your nut by splitting it lengthwise between the screws, so that the screws will squeeze the brass nut tighter on the lead screw. It worked for me while I waited on new parts.
