Dave:
For those of us that have limited broadband (live in boonies), it would be nice to have something non-video so that we can also see what you are offering.

Too many things going on to bother listing them.

Re: NEW PRODUCTS FROM MERCER
Dave,
If you're looking for other "product ideas"...I would think white metal castings of your Bettendorf freight car truck journal cover would be another candidate. I might suggest making the mounting ears thicker. I believe that would be a plus with regards to item strength. Too often, passing feet have a nasty habit of kicking the trucks. The weakest piece will give way...which is usually the journal cover. I've made some replacements out of brass flat stock (and when painted black they don't look too bad), but the reason I purchased as many of your trucks as I did was because of the detail. I'd sacrifice a true-to-scale journal cover that was a little stronger in the "mounting ear" department.
Glad to hear you're going to re-issue the reefer detail kit. Here again, if you're going to supply stirrup steps (6 per set)...you might consider using thicker material for the same reason noted above.
Waiting to see your website once it's up and running. Good luck. Carl B.

Life is like a sewer...what you get out of it depends on what you put into it!
I don't walk on water...I just learned where some of the stepping stones are!
I love mankind...it's some of the people I can't stand!

Yes I have the drawings completed and I'll be starting the patterns as soon as the coupler patterns are ready for the foundry. Looks like it will be around the middle of January
