new website for Adirondack Car & Foundry

Post by Adirondack »

http://adirondack.x10.mx/Welcome.html

We do patterns for casting, industrial design, rapid prototyping, resin casting, laser cutting, and more!

Be sure to visit our project photo albums, where you will see parts we've done for some of the more well known projects from the Chaski forums.

Thanks

A little locomotive with 4 wheels on the track is a lot more fun
than a 1/2 finished one with 16 wheels on the bench!

Here is our latest investment casting pattern for a conductors valve. It is part of a well known caboose project found here on the forum.

Adirondack,

It has been quite an adventure from the first field research and measurement missions to the finished master pattern. To see it in silicon bronze attached to the wall of the caboose cupola will be a visual reward that is priceless. I did remember to tell Santa I had been good all year. This conductor's valve and other pieces will certainly help to make the C-30 caboose I am building a model to be proud of well before it is completed.

It is always a pleasure to work with a member of the hobby that executes the highest of standards. I look forward to working with you on more projects in the future.

Robert
