I have decided to sell my engine. It is pictured on the Allen Locos Yahoo group. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AllenLocos/

It has a Marty Knox keyhole boiler. I have run the engine for the last three years and it has probably no more than 30 hours. Last year the least of about 4 hours. Viewing the pictures will answer a lot of questions you may have about the engine. There are NO problems with the engine, it steams and runs great.
Included is an extra grate, extra site glass, stack blower for steam-up, two bags of Pocahontas coal, roll around rack to unload from trailer. I am also going to sell the 10ft cargo trailer that I used to haul it in.
I am asking $12,000 for the engine, $1000 for the trailer. Drive here, hook up the trailer with engine inside, and drive home. No crating or shipping, pick-up only.

Approximately, in NorthWestern Ohio near Toledo.

Engine has tentatively been sold. Sale has not been finalized. Details when sale is final.

The engine is headed for Illinois with its new owners. They are a father & son team belonging to the Iowa Model Steam Engineers.
