Hello Everyone,

My name is Nate and I'm a new user. I'm an avid woodturner who likes to make his own tools. I took machining in high school some 28 years ago and really enjoyed it. Recently, my local community college offered an intro to machining course and I signed up for it and really enjoy class. I am looking at Smithy Granite 1324 3-1 machines as I don't have a lot of space and won't be doing any heavy machining. Looking forward to picking you brains.

Welcome. Taking the courses to refresh your memory sounds like a real good start.
