Yes, someone please provide a link! Judging by the 7.25" note in the lower right corner, this appears to be a French model of 1218 in 1.5"scale. Too cool.

From memory that loco has benn there a few times - I don't think it is based there.

Yeah, the trashbag hanging in the stand over by the post and the full scale human sitting over at the picnic table kinda gives away the scale too
