Uh-Oh!!!

Made a mistake... I do make them and admit to them!

Dave Moore's reverse is an 'H'.... NOT a 'G'.

single pointing threads this small in stainless proved to take way to long so I cheated a bit and used a die for the 4-40 threads and an automatic die head for the 5-40.

pilot valve shafts are done and the newe support shafts are turned and threaded......now come setting the length. this is what determines how well the pilot and shuttle valves work together.

evening toonsters,

made the new end caps for the steam head...these hold the new O-ring seal for the balance shaft on the pilot valve.

all turned.......one got the mount holes drilled and counter bored...for 0-80 bolts.

Pamela

Natch everything looks great!

Holy cow, without seeing prints I didn't realize how many parts were involved in those lil' monkeys x's the extras your building. Should put together a "build manual" and sell it. Yea I know in all your "free time" lol.

If you do get some time would love to see some close ups of the Hudson.

Best
Bob
