Time was, you just don't join P.M. to find parts or sell machines. just sayin'
Re: Southbend heavy 10
PM will tolerate people who join to buy stuff. It's the people who are only there to sell that get banned.spro wrote:Time was, you just don't join P.M. to find parts or sell machines. just sayin'

Stay in the South Bend group, talk about South Bend stuff, and you're fine. Just don't talk about import stuff!!

I don't know who follows it, but someone may be able to help you out. And you can mention Atlas!

spro, have you tried Boston Gear? They have change gears for the Craftsman/Atlas and perhaps something that would fit the SB. You'd have to know the pitch to look it up, though.

Hi Randall. I glad you found your gears. Because of this thread, I checked out Lost Creek again. They have a lot of good stuff there. Lathes are reasonable. The Sheldon 13" and others are on sale now and even a 1942 Monarch 10EE.
