I got the Green Goddess running and taken her on the road! First Canton, then Tradewinds & Atlantic yesterday. Here she is at Canton, with David Price's locomotive in the background.

So this is the next work in progress. I looks a lot better than when I saw it last out @ Riverside!!

Re: Turning the Scarlet Harlot into the Green Goddess
Can you please give me more details about this locomotive... Stuff like what plans it is based on, what the driver diameters are, and such? I'm new to the board and very new to live steam, but that locomotive is very like what I would like to build myself. I actually LIKE the red paint and balloon stack Needs more brass trim though, in my opinion

This is based on a Tom Artzberger/Hartford Shops 2 1/2" scale RGS 20. The specifications are on Tom's website - tacllc.biz

Well, I took the Goddess to Eagle Point this past weekend, but I didn't take any pictures there. Here are some after I got her back home.

I haven't updated this lately - I have been too busy running the Goddess and building boilers.
Here she is at the Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso Sept. 16.
