I have one just like it in my box. "BB" people called them but I'm not sure the make either. I think they are an English knock off of a penberthy but wish I had more details for you as well.

I've got one of those - it was from Double B designs a.k.a Terry Baxter - a great guy. Terry retired a year or two back and his designs have been taken over by Bruce Rice at R.A.Barker Engineering www.rabarker.co.uk Hope this helps.
