Big News

Post by Steve Bratina »

I was siting at home, minding my own business. Not doing too much but enough that it looked as I was doing something. You know, that kind of thing. All of a sudden this large air derrigible flew overhead. I mean this thing was big. Bigger than Jim Mardigian's base big but not like Titanic big. You know what I mean. The engines were wiring away like a heard of angry bees. Anyway, it had this big banner on the back and in big letters, like really big letters, it said this.......

NEW JERSEY LIVE STEAM MEET JUNE 1,2 and 3 2018

Last time something this big happened in Jersey, it was in Grovers Mills! At least there is food at this gathering. And good food too. Oh yea, there is a new high line track to boot.

Is that what that was?

The dog was barking at SOMETHING, but I couldn't tell what it was.

Ever been to Friedrichshafen?

Blimps fly overhead regularly...

Granted, they do not advertise NJLS...and it is a LONG WAY from Grovers Mills
Too many things going on to bother listing them.

"A long way from Grovers Mills"? Not if you're drinking German beer.

Sounds like a really big shoe. Or show. Better not miss it.
