Finished - sort of
After 10 years I finally finished my heavy Mikado today, sort of, still need to letter it, time it, and finish the tender. I know the pictures are upside down, no idea why, no time to fix.

Adam, I have built three steam engines and have painted all of them with Rust-oleum rattle cans, the paint has held up very well on all of them and touch up paint can be bought anywhere. The one exception is the smoke box, I use VHT header paint from the auto parts store.

Bill, it is a oil burner. I have two coal burners but getting tired of trying to find coal.

Great work.
Mine has been running for 3 years (coal).
I'm in the process or providing more clearance in the trucks (they were too tight).

BTW - it's kinda out of date. More work on the loco than the web page.
