kozo a3 5/32 and 1/8 tube wall thickness

Post by sky »

Hi,
Need some help on sourcing tubing for Kozo A3 Switcher. Looking for the 5/32 and 1/8 tube with thick enough wall for the water piping on the Engine. I think it is about .025 to .031 wall thickness. Have boiler all solder up. Looking to do pressure test. Need a pressure gauge for the test, and one for the engine 1" in diameter. A source for both would be very helpful.
Thank you.

American Model Engineering Supply has beautiful gauges at 1-1/4" in diameter. They are not cheap, but, you get what you pay for. Less expensive gauges are available from England. Otherwise, you can cheap out and get the smallest gauge from the hardware store, but, it will not be 1".

American Model Engineering Supply was bought out by Godshall's custom machining. There website is outdated, I sent them a message, waiting to hear. PM Research has range of 0-100 on there gauge. Not to fond of the cheap one. Looking for a range of 0-150 psi as the A3 max. running is 100 psi.

You can get 1 1/2. Test gage in several pressure ranges from McMaster Carr for around $15 plus shipping.
