Post by johnluke »

7-1/4” Allen 10-wheeler. It’s Coal fired. Finished 1-1/2 years ago.

Locomotive has:
Steel boiler with copper flues
2 super scale economy injectors
2 Mercer safety valves
1 Soler II steam pump
Locoparts check valves
Locoparts valves
2 Mercer starter valves (for injectors)
Godschall steam operated cylinder cocks
Locoparts whistle
Locoparts lubricator
Steam brakes
Howard Gorin head light (not hooked up)
Dummy generator with steam line plumbed in
Has air line for blower when firing up

Comes with seat, shovel and poker. The engine runs great, makes plenty of steam. Great travel engine. I have a video of it running on the stand on air, can send separately. It can be regauged at the buyers expense.
Asking $14,900.00

Looks good! I think the ten-wheelers look better without the wagon-top boiler.
