My fault, sorry. the feed motor is genuine BP. I can't tell which model it is. it's the one with the movement direction selector lever on top of it, like the one in the attached pic.

You can find and contact quite a few of them on: alibaba.com.
I was offered the 2axis DRO for about US$95 and a 600mm travel scale for under $60.
Of course you have to add shipping costs.
