Thank you Harold , Im talking aluminum , I need the pieces made slightly larger as ill be milling them for exact size and finish polishing them, The parts I need are end plates for a pedal steel guitar and the pickup bracket and maybe pedals.

Flat bar is one inch wide, roundness has to be from side to side, center of 1/2 inch hole is right smack dab in the middle , i need 1/4 inch from edge of the hole to the outer edge when finished, this is a finger 10 all together for a pedal steel guitar , called a changer finger. aluminum is what im needing to polish, seems the best and only way for me to get the job done is hand sand then maybe in a tumbler or viberating type polisher then finishup on a buffing wheel, im after a super shiney finish , parts are for a pedal steel guitar and some new creations of mine . thanks...

I got my mill wired up and running today :lol: made my day now i can do something with it, got the vice paralell with the head, one thing i still should do is get it level its off a few degrees from side to side , probly a 1/16 shim under one side might do it , i used a small bubble level to see whe...
