Yes, momentary pushbutton for the horn and a spst on/off switch for the bell.

When you look at a drawing from 100 years ago you quickly have a lot of respect for the draftsman that made it. I can't imagine getting down to the last line and having the pen blurp ink onto the velum.

Your vent has a lot more going on than my example. Here, they just bent a sheet over the vent, the sheet being very similar to the outer one but at a 90 degree angle. My example was probably later, and this was a cost-cutting approach deemed 'good enough'.
