Re: Where to buy Window trim
Drop us a note at Precision Steel Car and will send you picture of our window trim. It has an H cross section to hold the window in place. Designed for 1:8 scale but we have 2 versions to accommodate 1/16” material and another for 1/8” thick material. Might be worth a look. Sincerely Paul Vernon PSC

Re: Binders
We have scale chain in 3 sizes and hooks that match the largest link size. The hooks will hook back onto the chain. We also have brake shackles that some have used to attach the chain to the decking.

Re: Rail spacing for 7-1/2” gauge Equipment
We (Precision Steel Car) do carry both sizes of track gauges 7-5/8" and 7-9/16" in aluminum. They are milled with the gauge width but if you are using both we would recommend painting them different colors and preferably a bright color. We sell mostly 7-5/8". Even with a good track ji...

Re: Wooden boxcar door track?
Yes, it works quite well for outside bracing. That is actually why we made it. Ray Grosser in KY has used for such and it turned out quite well. He has also used out roof ribs in flat form without the center peak for outside bracing of a different style. Very similar to a boxcar kit that Steve Morri...

FYI for the 2.5" scale crowd,
We carry 2.5" scale angle valves. These valves are cored out to pass air but are not a fully functional valve.
