Thanks Harold and Hammermill, LMS has a 1/32 slitting saw I am looking at for under $10.00 plus arbor.

Hi, I am turning aluminum, When I use the cut off tool and then turn the part around to face off the back side to dimension, I get jaw marks on the surface.
