If you decide to but a CHEAP ASS tube notcher from pro tools or Harbout Freight (i forget), it will most likely have a bushing and not a bearing. Take care of the bushing one. Keep it LUBRICATED and treat it nice and it will last forever. You should be able to cut hundreds of pipes with it. If you a...

I can show you how changed my pipe bender to a different configuration. My configuration allows a force opposite the die, therefore keeping the pipe nice and tight (clamped in).
