Yes it was a wreck... It is a really nice amusement park, Family owned for 90 years. Still free parking and free admission. They do employ a lot of handicapped people to run the rides. It was just a unfortunate wreck that should have been avoided. Here is a video of them putting a G-16 that derailed...

Train Crash

A train crash yesterday at Knobles Grove amusement park, Train conning into the station did not stop and crashed in to the other one being loaded with people.

My Wife thinks this is a really cheap hobby, Told her I paid 200.00 for the dash 9 and the cars are 25.00 each. Told my kids if I die don't let her sell them. She will sell the trailer full for 300.00. Only 2 more years and 50 big ones married, and I only wanted to leave for 47.

Well was raining all day so I tried my hand at setting up a website for our new train track we are about to start to install. The Photos on the web site were a Art Dunn's place, he is about 1 hr south of me. His is a private RR. My RR will also be private but anyone with 7.5" can come and run anytime after we get the track layed. All clubs near me are all 7.25" and the Dash 9 I purchased is 7.5" so I have to put in my own ...

I am waiting on the local hobby store, they ordered me in a Kato set in HO. I can measure it off of the HO cars and start building. Hope to be done in the spring with the Containers also. Looking for scale ribbed steel for the sides but as of now have not found any. Want to have the container doors ...

Gunderson well car

Looking at building two or three Gunderson type well cars. Between the cars is only one truck, shared with both cars.
Wondering if any one on here has built one.
