So, I would have to remake the ends water lines. Kozo has it ending in a pipe and you just put a clamp around the tube.

Hi all,
back again. I have the hand pump in the tender piped to the left side the Engine so it feeds the axel pump. Now having trouble with that little bit of rubber hose between the tender and the engine. No clamp I devise has managed to keep it from leaking. Anybody have any solutions?

Thank you. I have seen this, which prompted the question of an alternate pump design. This pump looks like a double pump, feeding the axle pump and used as an axle pump. sky

any hint on how modify Kozo's design to get it to do that? Kozo has the axle pump feed the boiler on the left and the hand pump on the right.

I have been working on other issues and am now back to the axle pump. Where do I find a design for a hand pump that pushes through the axel pump?

any idea on how I modify my water line to my axle pump? Right now the two lines a separate. The hand pump on the right and the axle pump on the left, both going to the tender.

from my first post. On the leaky axle pump: "Third, the axle pump leaks like crazy. First the screw (pg120 part 16), added a soft copper washer (fix the leak). Next leaked around the o-ring (fixed that leak, part 12 p120 I made part 5 longer so it captured the o-ring). So, now it leaks down aro...
