I'm going to try and get official permission to call it a Hogwarts but it could always be known to the kids and good for them to know the history of Halll vs Castle. How hard is it to convert 3.5 gauge to 7.25? I found a company selling drawings to a similar hall engine in 3.5. We don't have 3.5 at ...

Olton Hall Plans
Does anyone know if there are any drawings for building a Hall class English engine in existence? I'm also checking on the British sites but I haven't found anyone having created this engine.

Nuskey and friends built 1171-1174. Ed Faller, Glen Kremers, Bobbie Ritenburg and Dave Bortz are the current owners....so there are two 1173. By the way I talked with Pete Nuskey today. I've hit a streak of good fortune, I have a lot of old photos coming in from Bobbie Ritenburg and Bob Schuler (who's grandfather was a good friend of Gil Ritenburg and Ben Nixon). Gil also said he would be interested in coming to the 50th Anniversary although I'm not sure we can get his engine there...
