There are a few factors to consider. Did you lubricate the rods? Are they roller bearing? How close are the tolerances? Steam locomotives are and are not precision machines. Perhaps we should turn off the internet for a while so people will go outside to play. Humor aside, I think this is a key issue in the hobby and in general. People aren't interested in playing outside anymore.
