The Home Machinist!

I have a few jobs to do on my Grizzly G9729. One is making new caster shafts for my mower. The shafts are 1 inch that needs 4 holes drilled and three snap ring grooves. I also need to bore some big holes. Any suggestions on tooling and set up? Thanks.

I received the parts already! Everything looks good!

I ordered the parts from Grizzly, should be here in a couple of days! I have some 30weight non detergent oil to refill the gearbox.

I think it’s low. I need to dig out the book and see where to fill it and what type of oil. I don’t see oil in the site glass.

I have a Grizzly G9729 3 in 1 and I have had a leak for awhile on it somewhere from the gear box, looks like from the cover gasket on the side of the box.
