Lettering on tongue/groove

I am getting ready to letter a car with tongue and groove siding. Just wondering what is the best choice. I used vinyl letters on my caboose and just cut the letters over a groove. Seems to work fine but this time I am thinking about using a mask and spray painting. Any suggestions? Can or do you sp...

RGS had them...…The picture I have looks like two runners with pipe rungs using straps to hold each rung.

Wood Refrigerator car ladders

Does anyone have drawings or photos of the ladders used on narrow gauge reefers?
I would like to model them but would like more info on their construction and mounting.

It is basically 3 guys now. Bill Piggot ( owns the RR and one of the Cagney's ), Chris Arnold (owns the other Cagney and the Herschell ) and Grady Smith ( owns a 15" Clishay ). There are also some sons involved now. Could be others, it has been several years since I last visited.

JR when you get it running you need to take it to Belpre, OHIO on the Bluebird & Western RR. They host a fall meet in Oct. and May.
They have two Cagney's and a Herschell-Spillman. When I had my Mogul I ran it on this RR.

All the RR's I ran on used 12# rail.
