I believe Harbor Freight has discontinued that pneumatic tool. Amazon sells an Ironton 42" air scraper. Google "long reach air chisel" or "scraper".

Anyone who as dealt with Steve Belanger, knows what a great guy he is. I'm sure he would answer questions or at least give resource locations for a person to find the information. At least it's a lead.

Tap Extractor. They come in sets and are also sold separately by size. Go slow and easy. Work both out and in a little at a time. Use plenty of cutting oil.
