Why would you want to shut off water to your tender cistern? That would scare the heck out of me. I'd rather make a screw-in plug for the connection hose so that hooking up the hose automatically opens the flow, no chance of leaving the water off by accident.

Propane burners suffer from the time it takes for propane, a very large molecule, to bind with oxygen. In general, it takes about 2' of pipe to mix completely before burning, else you get delayed heat release. This is the reason for the turbulators, to keep the gas in the boiler for the desired time...

If you want, I can trace the font and send back a corel draw file for you to get stencils cut, or I can laser cut the letters on sticky paper so you can air brush spray thru the paper. Works great, that's how we did my tender!I am trying to identify the font

discovered chrome balls had acquired a carbon like deposit, not easily removed I'm gonna bet that's magnesium. My ball bearing pumps get stuck all the time.
