Hi; I was wondering whether any of you guys have had any thing to say about a Mitutoyo digal readout system for a Bridgeport. How do you measure to buy one is it the travel or the size of the table on the milling machine. chaz

I was ready to throw away my Kriloskar Western untill I got a bison three jaw I liked it so much after a couple of years I got a six jaw I have loved my lathe ever sence.

Hi; the belts I am refereing to are about 3/4 in wide .it is used on a 5 H/p gas engine that drives a small oiless compressor the belts are supplyed by Beaing Engineering Co. I can get about any size belt I need there.

For a while, back in the 1980's, you could buy at the tool houses a round with a 1/4 in and 3/16 square hole in it that a 1/4 "and 3/16 HS tool bit fit nicely into all you had to do was drill the proper hole and put a set screw in it and WoLa a boreing bar. I haven't seen one because I bought a...

A couple of years ago I had a tool grinding shop grind an old milling machine cutter to the shape of a belt cog and I used an indexer to cut the cogs it took a little math but it worked out fine the two cog pulleys were for a two to one reduction for a hooka rig to dive with.
