Re: A new track in Maine

No just laying track, but fighting off the ticks! We are having the worst tick season in memory, this year in Maine.

Re: Theoretic offering

Just scanned a blueprint for ALCO type "B" trucks, giving measurements. Quite a collection of MEC, Guilford, and Pan Am paint scheme drawings.

Re: A new track in Maine

Across the river from Pete's Odd Duck line, we're building the "Winterport Gravel, Granite and Lumber Railroad". Essentially just big loop, but it's also 7 3/8" gauge, but 40 ft. radius. I do have 6 acres of field which I'd love to have some serious builders turn into a Maine live steam/Diesel desti...

Re: Theoretic offering

Mike: I believe NESCO (New England Steam Corporation) has a Paypal account. I should know that for certain. Anyway, if you send me your email address I will send you what we have scanned at this time.

Is the Faceplant Camelback group open to everyone? Is there a particular search name for the group?

They hold tightly and make setting up track pretty simple. Pete needs to re-title the offering so people know specific...

Re: Theoretic offering

We have scanned original Maine Central, Portland Terminal, and B&M painting drawings for ALCO "S" class switchers, RS3 and RS11 road Diesels, EMD SW-8 switchers and GP38 locomotives. The American HH-660 blueprints are being scanned today. Most of these include locomotive dimensions as well as color ...

Re: Theoretic offering

Thank you, for your responses. As specific funding to scan the blueprints and drawings becomes available, we will have them copied. I personally believe in making all drawings readily available to everyone, precisely so we don't spend years looking and never finding. I'll look into the ALCO Type B t...
