Greg- you are correct, John had his way and he always had a reason for his way. He made troubleshooting an art! As you requested, here is a video demonstrating how John would machine a radius. ~Chris

There was interest expressed earlier with John's method for machining a radius end. Here is a video of John to further illustrate.

I have heard it said that reaming Oilite bushing closes off the pores that make them work so well??? Recommended was pushing through a ball the correct size... I've never heard that - maybe it does. However, I don't have a ball that is .505" This is the same method I used to replace the bearin...
