I don't know, thats what i am trying to find out, if I heat it red how much will a 5" grow? at what temp does it stop growing? Thanks

Heat shrink fit
Got a friend that’s working on an old crane and needs to repair a bearing flange by turning a steel collar that’s five inches diameter to fit a cast ion pulley, how many thousands smaller does anyone think collar should be for maximum tight fit?
