Seems straightforward. When the brakes work great, drivers will come to rely on the short stopping distance and then get sloppy and drive too fast.

that Austrailian Char is the best Yes, and no. I found that the char alone is not all that good for small engines because holes between the largish chunks allow too much air into the fire.
