here is some pics. that I took today, They show the trunion caps epoxed bedded, the elevation wheel installed. The frame is glued together and rough sanded, I mounted the barrel to put presure on the caps while the epoxe hardens up, the angle gauge is for size compairson, the frame is 15" x 32&...

I think so, The rigid is the clear one, it's for stainless and steel. I put a couple of magnets on the drain tray to help remove the fine chips. The oil gravity flows back to my tank that's below the lathe.

I have a power lube system that I made that works very well, I use a gas fuel injection pump a modifided reg. a ph 8 fram oil filter, for oil I use ridgedthread oil and auto trans oil mixed 50-50, been doining this for three years, I run at 200 rpm and the reamer just flies thru the metal! the finis...
