Lots of fun with no wiring diagram, beyond me  Anyway mounted the angle head today and tried some cuts. Works a treat !! With 2 BPs really don't need the vertical capabilities but ya n...

I probably have 50 boring bars ranging from one that will do a 1/8 hole to the ones that take the insert 1/4 -3/8 square bits. Have several Q/C holders that have the small V groove to center the round small bars. I do use a lot the brazed round shank style that is used in the mill boring heads. Rule...

You would have to replace the mill spindle with one made for a 40 taper, and in a BP type I don't think that is possible do to spindle size. So short answer is ya got to eat the return costs.

Well Greg I have not tried cutting with it yet,got to do a bit of re-wireing so my motor will run both ways. The angle head runs backwards and I don't own any lefthand end mills. Well I pulled my finger out and finished the project. Had a 40 taper endmill holder at hand and it seemed to be not too hard ,so it was nominated as the start for the drive half. Shortened it up some and drilled/bored it out to just over a inch. turned my keyed sleeve for a light press fit and welde...

Blade lenght

I note you say you have trouble finding 94" inch blades. You should be able to use the 93.5'' blades as you MUST havw some adjustment to tension the blade and a .5 ain't much. Have you tried a 93.5" ??

The Chinese stuff quality wise mostly depends it seems on wether or not it was built toa standard or a price. The old saw "ya get what you pay for
' holds very true here for the most part.
