Re: A few new signs...

Roughly 6"x8", same size as my "Caution" signs. As of tomorrow, they will be $25, plus shipping. They do fit nicely into a flat rate envelope, however. Somewhere on the Sale page I have a couple posts with a bunch of stuff as well, if you were curious.

Re: A few new signs...

Another new sign, a generic yard limit based on my rectangular PRR base sign. If you don't want PRR or UP yard limits, here ya go.
Had someone request this after seeing one in the background of a picture I posted on FB. So, of course I cast more. I have 5 available currently, if anyone is interested.

Bronze on a hot day in Maine ..

What's fun to do on a 90 degree Fahrenheit day? Stand 5 feet away from a 3000 degree Fahrenheit metal casting furnace and make bronze axle bearings for a A.O. Lombard dump truck, that's what. I think I gave new meaning to the word shvitzing. Gahhh. A successful session, however, got two done. Wanted...

Re: How’d you get here?

It's all PRR5406's fault. Kinda. I'm a bit of a late starter to the hobby, but I've been interested in trains for a long time. My grandfather was an engineer for the northern division of the Bangor and Aroostook, so there's a family history. I had a Lionel set when I was younger. And, I almost wore ...

Re: Odds and ends from ODF

I am running a sale on my signs for the rest of the summer, it's $5 off all the signs I have in stock. I currently have about a half dozen each of my "Caution" signs, and a half dozen or so of the "station" signs. My step stakes are included in this as well, I still have a pile o...
