Railroad Supply SD35
All, I have an older RR Supply SD35 with an 8 HP Kohler power plant. The power plant has a remote oil filter and cooler on the system. I am in need to do an oil change on the locomotive and I would like to replace the filter as well. Does anyone know where to get a replacement filter? Being an Ex-pi...

Re: Identifying this locomotive
Nik3V, I have the identical loco with a different road name. As Pontiac Guy stated, it appears to be a railroad supply and mine is an absolute joy to run. I picked mine up from a guy who was liquidating a collection and it also had zero hours on it. Great puller and certainly easy to operate. Get it...

3/4 scale track and loose rail ****SOLD****
I have for sale an oval of track set up for 3/4 " (3-1/2 gauge) and about an additional 1000 feet if used rail. I picked the rail up many years ago where it was on the ground as a 1" scale (4-3/4 gauge) layout. The owners had removed it so some of the ends were cut near the joint bars I ma...

All,
I was in the shop cleaning up some rolling stock I purchased last year (work keeps getting in my way!) and came across these tucked under the seat. Can anyone tell me what they are? I placed the brake hose in the picture for a size reference.
Thanks,
Doug

Backyard Rails
Does anyone know if Backyard Rails is still around or if someone took over their products. I have an early 90's 1.5 scale F7 body and I am looking for a replacement fan vent for the top of the fiberglass body. If they are not, does anyone have suggestions of another source? Two of them are removable...

Re: F7 Drive BUILDER LOCATED
NEW Update.... Thanks to Dick Morris and some handy computer work, I received a call from an extremely excited Terry Babic who is the builder of the F7. Terry and Wife Kathy were extremely glad I reached out to them and even more excited to hear that the locomotive is still around. I managed to get ...

Re: F7 drive identification
UPDATE: I had the opportunity to take the locomotive to the track today for a quick trial. After unloading the loco and riding car, I fired up the single cylinder Kohler engine and let her warm up for a couple of minutes. I switched the mode control from start to operated and switched into the forwa...
