I've got the Koolmist system like your pic, and a tankless system as well....works the same, just no tank. I use 'em a lot. Easy to set up, doesn't make the mess like flood, and for most of what I do, it's plenty sufficient. Doesn't consume a lot of fluid...more air for sure. My 5HP T30 has no probl...

I've got this Grizzly model http://www.grizzly.com/products/5-x-6-Metal-Cutting-Bandsaw-w-Swivel-Head/G9742 Caught it on sale about 5 or 6 years ago. Appears to be the same as what Michael has from Wholesale Tool. I adjusted it a bit right after I got it. I also changed the v-belt almost right away....

I got tired of dragging my shop vac from the main part of my shop into the room on the side where my cabinet is. I also didn't want to pay the price for a 'real' one, so I made an economy model.....maybe if I used it everyday.... My Cabinet is a SkatBlast, which is about the same size as the HF 9360...
