Let me say we are running one that was built from the plans in Live Steam Mag and I heard no problems with following the plans.

2050 is at the IRM (Illinois RR Museum) if u want to see her.

We use plastic tubing from the dome down to the frame. I put a hole in the end of a 35mm film canisters and push it on the hose to help keep them dry as u can't hammer on plastic very well to vibrate the stuck sand out.

If steam engines were pushing on the caboose or running lite, the tender would have the Markers hung on the tender. Not to be confused with class lites as they are different.

you might think about a bigger S curve off to the left in the pic. I take that is the west?

it looks like it starts out ok but may get steeper toward the rear. u will be able to tell once u get the 100 foot increments plotted.
